Dylan Scotina

A recent Chicago transplant by way of Boston, Dylan graduated from Assumption University (but tries not to make assumptions) with a Bachelor’s in Marketing and minor in Accounting. Dylan started his career in marketing analytics, but quickly discovered recruiting to be his passion due to the fast-paced nature, and the ability to build relationships and constantly network. He’s been in recruiting for the last three years where he’s been involved in both contract and direct hire recruiting, and is looking forward to bringing those experiences to Red Kite!

In his free time, Dylan enjoys playing sports, rooting for all the New England teams, biking along Lake Shore, exploring the city with friends, and, of course, binging every Netflix series possible. He is also a huge fan of anything on HGTV and has easily seen hundreds of House Hunters episodes.

Dylan chose Red Kite because of the close-knit, collaborative and upbeat environment. He is super excited to have the opportunity to expand on his recruiting experience while being a part of such a great team working with great clients.
