SkillBridge Select™ bridges the gap between military service and civilian careers. We connect employers with active-duty service members who are exploring new industries and ready to apply their leadership and technical skills during 8–12 week internships. At the end of the program, both the employer and the intern can decide whether to continue the partnership as a full-time hire.
