Kaley Blaszinski

Kaley is no stranger to Chicago or the recruiting world. After contract recruiting for two years, she has joined the Red Kite team and is ecstatic to stick around in her native (and favorite!) city. She fell in love with this career many years ago while working in retail–specifically, LUSH Fresh Handmade Cosmetics (the bath bomb place)–and was inspired by the diverse workplace. Working with people with different backgrounds become a passion for her. She believes strong values are extremely important in a company, and that’s exactly what Red Kite has.

In her off time, she loves devouring content such as true crime podcasts, tv shows, documentaries, books, and just about anything else that involves relaxing on the couch. She has a recommendation for almost any genre. When she’s not on the couch she’s probably out at a new restaurant with her friends, the Art Institute, or trying out the latest skincare product!
