Amy joins Red Kite with over 15 years of leadership experience across real estate, retail, and client services—but her journey is coming full circle as she returns to her roots in food, armed with a Food Science degree from the University of Illinois Urbana-Champaign. Talk about a full-course career!

She’s scaled boutique businesses, led powerhouse sales teams, and most recently helped drive a 32% YoY growth for a Compass Real Estate team by streamlining operations, developing talent, and leveling up brand engagement. From fashion retail (Club Monaco, Karen Millen, Nordstrom) to Keller Williams, Amy has a knack for making good teams great—and doing it with style.

Amy thrives in fast-paced, people-powered environments, making her the perfect fit for Red Kite! She leads with heart and hustle. When she’s not optimizing workflows, you can find her coaching her 12-year-old daughter’s volleyball team or organizing her Girl Scout troop (yes, she’s that mom—organized, inspiring, and always cheering you on). In her free time, you’ll find Amy in the Pilates studio or serving up wins on the pickleball court (don’t say we didn’t warn you). She’s also a proud certified advocate for survivors of domestic violence.
